La divisione New Holland Construction fa parte del gruppo CNH . La divisione commercializza prodotti da costruzione della vecchia gamma Ford-New Holland , Fiat-Kobelco , Kobelco e O&K .

1986 Ford acquista New Holland dalla società Sperry-Rand per formare Ford-New Holland . La linea New Holland comprende pale skid e Ford dispone di terne .
1991 Fiat acquisisce l'attività di trattori Ford-New Holland. Ha tempo fino al 2000 per smettere di usare il nome Ford sulla linea di trattori.Forma la nuova divisione NHgeotec, unendo le attività Ford-New Holland e FiatGeotec che incorporano tutte le operazioni sui trattori e le attività agricole.
